The time frames listed above are only estimates from the date your order was shipped. They are way better than us walking it over to you!If we determine the items in your order need to be shipped separately then we will do so. Unless we notify you of this prior to finalizing your order, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs. In this circumstance you will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking numbers if applicable.We do not offer discounts for bulk shipments. You may not combine different orders to save shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange. Simply return the item or items you want to return or exchange, along with an explanation of why you want to return/exchange the item(s) to the address below, please include a copy of your sales receipt. Your exchange will be returned to you at our cost. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment.
Please note that any item that has been altered is NOT returnable, unless stated in writing by AzrielClothing.com. Returns are not entitled to a credit on shipping and handling charges. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless AzrielClothing.com is at fault.
We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by Azriel Clothing Intl Inc will NOT receive credit for the return.
